Large 3000+ SQFT film space is perfect for music videos and other video or film projects. We have 3 large rooms on the ground floor with multiple high end looks and fully built out film sets. || ONE PRICE FOR ALL SETS || Film set 1 - Industrial open floor with a 10ft x 10ft LED Video Wall. You can choose videos or photos from our own stock library or bring your own footage to play on the screen. Film set 2 - Overhead Laser. Creates stunning visuals with full RGB. Create a unique combo with the video wall displaying visuals at the same time. Film set 3 - Grid Ceiling with Full RGB Control. Film set 4 - Elevator with working doors and light up buttons. Film set 5 - Circular Room with Full RGB Control. Film set 6 - RGB Plexiglass hallway with reflective black floors. Film set 7 - Concrete stage with RGB light up stairs and arch. Our loading dock and roll up doors make it easy to load in equipment, furniture, set design, flats, and more. We are street level so there can sometimes be outside street noise, as well as noise from our neighbors and other production studios in the building. The space is also quite large so there can be a lot of echo.

This is an industrial space so there are multiple 20 amp circuits throughout the studio. Circuit breakers are accessible in the unit.

No smoking indoors, except on-camera smoking required by the production with prior notice. No open flame, pyrotechnics, or fire effects without prior written approval. Prop firearms are allowed only with advance notice and applicable compliance. Real firearms are not permitted. No audiences, extra talent beyond your declared crew size, animals, stunts, or hazardous materials without prior approval. Keep four-foot clearances around all doorways and walls. Never block exterior exits or the door to the parking lot. Only flame-retardant certified fabrics may be used on set. Leave the space as you found it: remove all trash, tape, and production materials, and sweep the floors before you go. A Site Representative is on site for your shoot. Overtime past 12 hours must be confirmed with them before you continue, and is billed to the card on file. The Studio Services Fee covers basic post-shoot cleaning. Excessive cleaning, damage, or repainting is billed at cost to the card on file.

Cancel 7+ days before your start time for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total applies, with the remainder refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours of your start time are non-refundable.

To start, our hosts were some of the friendliest and most professional that our team have had the pleasure of working with. We couldn't be more gratful for this and it stands as important as the space itself. Now for the space. This is a sci-fi filmmakers dream come true. The limits are only those of your own mind in what can be done in this studio, and if I hadn't experienced it firsthand, I wouldn't have believed that a place like this could be affordable to film at. We filmed the final scenes of an epic 3 part fan film saga called Triggered, a Cinematic Superhero Fan Film, and it couldn't have ended on a bigger note thanks to this amazing film set.

We used the elevator set for our shoot and could not be happier with how it looked on screen. The opening and closing of the doors on demand added so much production value to the takes and upped the quality of our production! On top of that having the rest of the studio available for cast photos during shooting was a tremendous help, so many great areas to shoot! Will definitely look for ways to use this spot again in the future!

Amazing experience! The host was extremely communicative, clear, and super helpful with every question I had. I was very thankful that he let me come in and tour the space before confirming and paying for my shoot day, this helps so much as a dancer! Responds within the day and had absolutely zero problems with anything. The site rep was so nice, supported us with everything we needed and gave us our space to work. Would absolutely book again!

Andy was a great host and very responsive from the initial booking through the end of our session. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The space looked exactly as advertised, if not better in person. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up, which made it easy for us to get right into filming without any issues. We used the space to film a video project (“All Your Love”), and it worked perfectly for our needs. The layout, lighting, and overall atmosphere really helped bring our vision to life. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely book with Andy again.
