30ft x 12ft LED stage with a 2.5mm pixel pitch, paired with an overhead lighting grid for rigging overhead. Built for in-camera VFX and real-time virtual production. Create dynamic, immersive virtual environments powered by real-time tracking with the HTC VIVE Mars CamTrack, Unreal Engine 5 integration, and custom 3D environments. Our in-house techs and 3D artists are on hand for full production assistance. Pricing varies based on complexity, so reach out and we will put together a quote. Additional standing sets are available to use as well, including the Tiny Tokyo street set, corner store market, bar front, ramen shop with dining area, bus stop, payphone, and more.

Ground-floor access through a 10ft roll-up door. Freight elevator available. Crew check-in at the front desk on arrival.

200A service with distro on each wall. Standard 20A circuits throughout, plus dedicated 60A tie-in for large fixtures by request.

No smoking indoors, except on-camera smoking required by the production with prior notice. No open flame, pyrotechnics, or fire effects without prior written approval. Prop firearms are allowed only with advance notice and applicable compliance. Real firearms are not permitted. No audiences, extra talent beyond your declared crew size, animals, stunts, or hazardous materials without prior approval. Keep four-foot clearances around all doorways and walls. Never block exterior exits or the door to the parking lot. Only flame-retardant certified fabrics may be used on set. Leave the space as you found it: remove all trash, tape, and production materials, and sweep the floors before you go. A Site Representative is on site for your shoot. Overtime past 12 hours must be confirmed with them before you continue, and is billed to the card on file. The Studio Services Fee covers basic post-shoot cleaning. Excessive cleaning, damage, or repainting is billed at cost to the card on file.

Cancel 7+ days before your start time for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total applies, with the remainder refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours of your start time are non-refundable.
